Victor Rios has been serving Maine and New England for 26 years.
Victor Rios is a Professional Graphic Designer with a BA in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Southern Maine and an Associate Degree in Communications & New Media Studies from Southern Maine Community College.
Since 1999, he has been providing Marketing Solutions through Graphic Design, Consulting, Print, Screen-printing, Embroidery and Specialty Products; and from 2008-2025 he operated under Expose Design, LLC.
Victor calls Portland Maine his home, but conducts business throughout Maine, New England and the United States.
He is a proud Father; active in his community as a member of 100 Men Who Care Southern Maine and sponsors several charitable events every year including: Q97.9 Cans for a Cure, Bonny Eagle High School Special Olympics and TRU Sports US: Summer Slam.
